Q what is the warranty?
A We offer a 12-month mechanical warranty on all CNC machined parts, steel fabrications, and assemblies from the date of shipment. This covers material defects, workmanship, and mechanical integrity – including welds, threads, press fits, and surface treatments. If a validated mechanical failure occurs within 12 months, we repair or replace the part at no cost. Extended warranty (18–24 months) and third-party warranty reports (SGS/TUV) are available upon request.
-
Q can you provide DFM and rever engineering service?
A YES, Our engineering team provides complimentary DFM analysis reports and offers optimization recommendations (such as recommended fillet radii, standardized hole diameters, and wall thickness adjustments) to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising functionality. During the quotation phase, we provide optimization recommendations regarding tolerances, feature geometry, and material selection, along with 3D model visualization feedback.
We offer reverse engineering services—creating digital models from physical samples for manufacturing purposes. We also provide design optimization recommendations to enhance manufacturability while ensuring functionality.
-
Q Do you offer assembly services in addition to machining?
A Assembly is a value-added service that complements our CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication capabilities. We offer: mechanical assembly (frames, structural components, gearboxes, etc.), electrical/pneumatic installation, press-fit assembly, thread locking, bonding, functional testing, pressure testing, cleaning, and part marking. You won’t receive loose parts, but rather ready-to-use finished products or subassemblies, eliminating the need to seek out a third-party assembly provider.
-
Q what kind of material can you work with?
A We machine and fabricate carbon steel (Q235, 45#), stainless steel (304, 316, 2205), aluminum (6061, 7075, 5083), copper, bronze, titanium, and engineering plastics including PEEK, PE, HDPE, POM, and ABS. Forging and casting are our specialties. We also accept nickel alloys and composites on request.
-
Q what report can be provided?
A We provide a full documentation package including: Quality Control Plan (pre-production), raw material certificates, NDT reports, full dimension inspection reports (up to 12m parts), mechanical property reports, and surface quality reports – all before shipping. Third-party SGS/TUV reports are also available upon request.
-
Q what is the maximum machining capacity?
A Our machining envelope supports parts up to 12 meters (39.4 ft) in length and 20 metric tons (44,000 lbs) in weight. This includes 5-axis milling, turning, and large-format fabrication
-
Q what capability do you have?
A We provide 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling, CNC turning, laser cutting, water jet cutting, EDM, and bending. Finish with sand blasting, powder coating, or industrial oil painting, plus complete mechanical & electrical assembly.
-
Q what documents are needed for an accurate quotation?
A in order to give an accurate quotation, 2D and 3D drawings are needed. in addtion, material, order quantity and annual quantity, surface treatment, currecny and delivery term are needed as well. the packing will be devised for all kinds of global shipping unless special requirement from customer.
