1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control) & Material Verification Every batch of raw materials—including heavy forgings, centrifugal castings, duplex stainless steel, and carbon steel plates—undergoes rigorous verification before entering production. We utilize digital Spectrometers for Positive Material Identification (PMI) and hardness testers to verify metallurgical integrity. Complete traceability with Mill Test Reports (MTR) according to EN 10204 3.1 standards.
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) & Rigorous Setup Audits During multi-axis CNC machining, high-speed turning, and structural welding, our quality inspectors execute real-time dimensional auditing. A mandatory First Article Inspection (FAI) is conducted and logged before launching any mass production run to prevent serial defects.
Structural welding operations are continuously audited under ISO 3834 welding procedure specifications (WPS).
