The products undergo precision CNC machining to ensure critical dimensional tolerances of ≤±0.05 mm, a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, and a dynamic balance accuracy of G6.3, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation. Our quality assurance system covers the entire production process: raw materials undergo chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing; multiple inspections are carried out during the machining process; and finished products undergo non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing), 3D dimensional inspection and performance testing to ensure 100% compliance.
