5. Inspection and Quality Control
Key dimensions, hole positions, mounting interfaces, machining tolerances, and surface conditions are inspected during production. Inspection requirements can be customized according to customer drawings and quality standards.
6. Final Assembly and Delivery
If required, the finished crossbeam can be supplied as an individual component or integrated with other mechanical components for final equipment assembly. Products are securely packed to protect machined and finished surfaces during transportation.
